Whole Boston Butts

$45 avg (depends on size)

Boston butt smoked and left whole, wrapped in foil and served with a jar of bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired)

Whole Brisket

$100 (approx)/ market price

Whole brisket (Flat & point) smoked and left whole, wrapped in foil and served with a jar of bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired) (I know it's pricey but with the current prices a whole brisket is close to $80. I'm not making much on them.)

1/2 Brisket

$55 (approx)/ market price

1/2 brisket- 1/4 of the flat and 1/4 of the point (Lean & moist). Served with a jar of bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired)

Babyback Ribs

$24 per rack

Full rack of ribs served with a jar of bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired)

Whole Chickens 🐓🐓.

Whole chickens smoked and left whole, wrapped in foil and served with a jar of bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired)

Conecuh Sausages

$5 per serving

Conecuh sausages smoked and served with bbq sauce (bread, onions & pickles if desired).

King’s Pig Original (tomato based, sweet, slightly tangy & thick)

King’s Pig Hot (like regular but seasoned with crushed red pepper & hot sauce- when able I'll use fresh sautéed habaneros & jalapeños)

King's Pig Vinegar Sweet- Carolina style vinegar based sauce

King's Pig Vinegar Hot- Carolina style vinegar based sauce


Specialty BBQ Sauces:

Plenty of sauce provided. More is always available to buy.

King's Pig White- My take on an “Alabama White” bbq sauce. Mayo based with fresh garlic and just a tiny kick of tabasco.

King's Pig BBQ Vinegar- Eastern Carolina style seasoned vinegar BBQ sauce. The perfect savory and mildly-sweet tang that pairs perfectly with smoked pulled pork.
